Working days and Timings: Monday to Friday (9:00 Am to 6:00 Pm)
Job Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the childcare centre.
Implement and monitor the curriculum in accordance with the organization's standards.
Plan, supervise, and support classroom activities and learning outcomes.
Lead and manage the teaching staff to ensure effective centre operations.
Ensure adherence to Montessori principles and established teaching methodologies.
Maintain a high standard of English communication within the centre.
Build and maintain positive relationships with parents through regular communication and engagement.
Support the leadership team in achieving operational and educational objectives.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Educational Qualification
Mandatory: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Teacher training qualification such as B.Ed., NTT (Nursery Teacher Training), Montessori Teacher Training, or any other recognized Early Childhood Education certification.
Experience
6 months to 4 years of relevant experience in preschool, childcare, or early childhood education.
