Change agent delivering Transformation / Process Improvement collaborating with Customer and Internal stakeholders to improve Business Metrics and outcomes.
Deliver Business value to Customers by alignment to Customer goals and establish strong customer connect thru Customer governance.
Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement support to multiple accounts
Engage with accounts to ensure Zero Defect delivery
Lead Transformation /CI program for the Customer
Support Service Delivery Automation/Robotics for the Customer
Provide Transition support to Customer/Domain thru set of transition deliverables
Ensure Critical red projects resolution and support for the Customer
