As a PR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing communications and building the brand's presence in media and public forums. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Build and maintain strong relationships and networks with internal teams, clients, journalists, media professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor various media channels, including newspapers, magazines, online publications, newswires, social media platforms, blogs, and broadcast outlets, to identify opportunities and track coverage relevant to clients.
- Work collaboratively as part of an account or project team to develop client proposals and implement strategic PR initiatives.
- Prepare regular client reports summarizing PR activities, media coverage, and campaign effectiveness; attend and contribute to client meetings.
- Research, write, and distribute press releases and other communication materials tailored for targeted media outlets.
- Proactively promote news stories and feature ideas to the media to secure high-impact editorial coverage.
- Collate, analyze, and evaluate media coverage to assess PR performance and inform future strategies.
- Plan and manage media events, such as press conferences, investor briefings, and promotional events, ensuring smooth execution and strong press engagement.
