Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manageMeta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaignsto achieve performance goals (leads, sales, or engagement).
- Conductaudience research, ad copy creation, and creative testingto improve ROI.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns daily forCPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Set up and manageFacebook Pixel, Conversion API, and custom eventsto track accurate campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the design and content team for effective ad creatives.
- Implement and managemarketing automation workflows(email drip campaigns, lead nurturing, re-engagement, etc.).
- IntegrateCRM and automation tools(like HubSpot, Zoho, Active Campaign, or similar) with Meta Ads for smooth lead flow.
- Generateweekly and monthly performance reportswith insights and improvement suggestions.
- Stay updated with thelatest Meta policies, trends, and algorithm updates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managingMeta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)with measurable results.
- Deep understanding ofMeta Ads Manager, Pixel, and Conversion API setup.
- Knowledge ofmarketing automation tools(HubSpot, Zoho, Active Campaign, Mailchimp, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency inGoogle Sheets / Excelfor data tracking.
- Ability to handleend-to-end campaign management from strategy to reporting.
- Basic knowledge ofGoogle Tag Manager and tracking setupsis a plus.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with multiple teams.
- Minimum2-3 years of experiencein Meta Ads and marketing automation.
