Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manageMeta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaignsto achieve performance goals (leads, sales, or engagement).
  • Conductaudience research, ad copy creation, and creative testingto improve ROI.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns daily forCPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Set up and manageFacebook Pixel, Conversion API, and custom eventsto track accurate campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the design and content team for effective ad creatives.
  • Implement and managemarketing automation workflows(email drip campaigns, lead nurturing, re-engagement, etc.).
  • IntegrateCRM and automation tools(like HubSpot, Zoho, Active Campaign, or similar) with Meta Ads for smooth lead flow.
  • Generateweekly and monthly performance reportswith insights and improvement suggestions.
  • Stay updated with thelatest Meta policies, trends, and algorithm updates.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managingMeta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)with measurable results.
  • Deep understanding ofMeta Ads Manager, Pixel, and Conversion API setup.
  • Knowledge ofmarketing automation tools(HubSpot, Zoho, Active Campaign, Mailchimp, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency inGoogle Sheets / Excelfor data tracking.
  • Ability to handleend-to-end campaign management from strategy to reporting.
  • Basic knowledge ofGoogle Tag Manager and tracking setupsis a plus.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with multiple teams.
  • Minimum2-3 years of experiencein Meta Ads and marketing automation.
