Role Overview:The PPC Executive will be responsible for end-to-end tracking and monitoring of production orders through accurate management of Time & Action (TNA) calendars. This role is highly execution-focused and requires excellent data handling, reporting, and coordination capabilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that deadlines are consistently met by closely collaborating with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams, and proactively addressing delays or bottlenecks.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare, update, and maintain TNA calendars for all production orders.
- Monitor the status of fabric arrivals, trims availability, production progress, and shipment readiness.
- Generate daily and weekly MIS reports to highlight current order status, risks, and required actions.
- Follow up with merchandising, sourcing, and production departments to close pending tasks.
- Escalate potential delays or production issues to senior management with accurate data and clear timelines.
- Ensure accurate data entry and timely updates in ERP and other digital systems.
- Assist in preparing capacity loading plans and monitor adherence to production timelines.
Requirements:Education:- Bachelor's degree in Textile Technology, Apparel Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in garment manufacturing, specifically in Production Planning & Control.
- Hands-on experience with TNA management, order tracking, and reporting.
Technical Skills:- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and present actionable reports.
Soft Skills:- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication and follow-up abilities.
- Proactive and diplomatic in pushing cross-functional teams toward timely execution.
