Job Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and performance-driven PPC Executive with 24 years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management for real estate lead generation.

The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, deep understanding of CPL, CPC, ROI, and conversion optimization, and proven experience in running and optimizing paid campaigns for real estate clients.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for real estate projects.

Execute high-quality lead generation campaigns for residential and commercial properties.

Analyze and optimize campaigns to improve CPC, CPL, CTR, ROI, and conversion rate.

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, ad copy testing, and audience targeting.

Manage monthly ad budgets efficiently and ensure maximum ROI from campaigns.

Create, monitor, and optimize landing pages to improve lead quality.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Stay up to date with the latest Google and Meta Ads policies, trends, and bidding strategies.

Collaborate with the creative and sales team to align campaigns with project objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in real estate lead generation campaigns through Google Ads & Meta Ads.

Strong understanding of CPC, CPL, CTR, ROI, and conversion tracking.

Expertise in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.

Excellent analytical, technical, and campaign optimization skills.

Proficiency in Hindi and English (written & spoken).

Must be able to join immediately.
