About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform & Conversational to design, develop, and manage enterprise-grade applications and intelligent automation solutions. In this role, you will leverage Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, AI Builder) and Copilot Studio (Power Virtual Agents, Microsoft Copilot Studio) to deliver scalable business solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows), and Dataverse.
• Implement Power Platform governance, security, and administration best practices.
• Manage Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes for Power Platform solutions.
• Extend Power Platform capabilities using pro-dev extensibility patterns (custom connectors, plugins, Azure Functions, etc.).
• Develop and maintain Power Virtual Agents and Microsoft Copilot Studio chatbots for various business use cases.
• Integrate Azure AI Bot Service and Nuance Mix into enterprise solutions.
• Leverage AI Builder for intelligent automation and predictive insights.
• Integrate Power Platform and Copilot solutions with Azure AI solutions such as Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure AI Search.
• Collaborate on conversational AI or AI agent solutions leveraging competitor platforms where required.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Power Platform & AI solutions.
• Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization of deployed solutions.
• Provide technical documentation and end-user training as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or Related field.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate / Solution Architect (Preferred).
• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows), Dataverse, and AI Builder.
• Experience in Power Platform governance, security, administration, and ALM practices.
• Familiarity with pro-dev extensibility using C#, .NET, Azure Functions, or custom connectors.
• Experience with Power Virtual Agents and Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar conversational AI tools.
• Understanding of Azure AI solutions (Azure OpenAI, AI Search, AI Foundry) and their integration with enterprise apps.
• Exposure to Nuance Mix or other AI agent platforms is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users
