Job Summary:
To design, develop, deploy, and oversee enterprise automation solutions that integrate technologies like RPA, AI, ML, and low-code platforms while aligning with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable automation solutions by leveraging RPA, AI, ML, low code/low-cost tools, and enterprise platforms
- Integrate automation solutions with existing IT ecosystems and ensure seamless platform capability
- Lead POC initiatives and validate new automation technologies
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs and guide development teams
- Oversee project delivery from solution design to deployment, ensuring documentation and quality standards
- Establish and follow Intelligent Automation standards, best practices, and compliance policies enterprise-wide
- Act as subject matter expert on automation trends, tools, frameworks, and industry practices
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and business stakeholders, conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation solutions, performing gap analysis and recommending improvements
- Work closely with Automation Delivery Head to standardize processes, enforce compliance, and advocate for automation's business value across the organization
- Ensure timely resolution of production and user issues.
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned projects and requests.
- Review IT processes, identify areas of improvement and implement solutions.
- To provide and maintain positive work environment ensuring team's growth along with company's growth keeping our core values (Teamwork, Integrity, and Total Customer Satisfaction) intact.
- To identify opportunities for team training and skills advancement.
- To provide regular status reports to Sr. Manager/Regional Director highlighting any risks or concerns affecting the delivery.
- To ensure that the team's work and its impact is presented and communicated through various platforms like IT Newsletter, Manager's meet, etc.
Experience:
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in automation solution architecture, system or business analysis, and solution delivery
- Hands-on experience with leading RPA platforms (Power Automate, UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) and low-code/no-code tools
- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Python, Java, C#, and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and process automation methodologies
- Proficiency with relational (SQL) and NOSQL databases.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (particularly Azure) for automation deployment, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- System integration expertise, including APIs, microservices, and SaaS platforms
- Strong consulting, project management, communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team leadership
- Experience in architecting and delivering content and process automation solutions within complex multi-tier enterprise environments
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field; advanced certifications in RPA, AI, or cloud platform is preferred
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and security practices relevant to large-scale automation deployments
- Familiarity with source control, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
- Experience implementing and maintaining enterprise-grade automation architectures aligned with business and compliance requirements
Nice to Have:
- Advanced knowledge of process optimization, including Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks
- Knowledge of the Power Platform leveraging Dynamics 365 and MS cloud technologies.
- Certifications like MS certified Power Platform Solution Architect or Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Process Mining and Analytics Tools like Power BI, Celonis, Power process mining
- ChatBot Development (Azure Bot Services, Microsoft Copilot)
