Job Purpose
Portfolio Strategist- will be responsible for managing and driving the performance of a defined portfolio of accounts/customers to ensure effective debt recovery and minimize delinquency. The role requires strong analytical, people management, and process management skills to optimize collection strategies while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Analytical skill to drive performance of the portfolio.
Manage end-to-end collections for assigned portfolio, ensuring achievement of recovery and efficiency target.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure effective resolution of overdue
accounts.
Monitor and analyze portfolio performance; develop corrective strategies to minimize risk
and losses.
Lead and mentor agents to drive productivity.
Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews of the agents.
Drive initiatives to reduce delinquencies and non-performing assets.
Take ownership of P&L for the assigned portfolio.
Manage multiple portfolios to achieve recovery, efficiency, and profitability targets.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in portfolio management.
Proficiency in data analysis using MS Excel, etc.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple portfolio'ssimultaneously.
Experience in banking, NBFC, fintech, or related financial services industry preferred.
Excellent communication, Analytical skills, and problem-solving skills.
