Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex software solutions using Agile Scrum methodologies, augmented by AI tools and automation.
Spearhead using Generative AI based tools into software development workflows code generation, documentation, testing).
Project tracking, status reporting and task management
Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives with efficiency-enhancing AI support tools.
Identify technical and organizational risks early and resolve them proactively.
Serve as a change agent and coach in the adoption of AI in Agile environments.
Collaborate with engineering team and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Monitoring project progress, tracking key metrics, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
Stake holder and escalations management
Required Qualifications & Experience
3+ years in Scrum projects and cross-functional teams.
10+ year in the software development industry including minimum 3 years as a Software engineer in Java, Spring Boot(developer)
Familiarity with project management tools and tracking tools like Jira
Experience in leading Cloud-native solutions / Java / microservices based solution development teams
Experience managing AI driven projects, particularly in integrating LLMs or generative AI into solutions or developer workflows will be an advantage
