PMO project manager (LGBTQ Category)with a leading PHARMA company in MUMBAI

he role will have a mix of project management & sales force effectiveness responsibilities distribution between the two may evolve over 6-12 month period depending on business priorities
PMO (Project Management):
Drive & manage strategic projects in collaboration with commercial & support functions to ensure timely delivery of project objectives
End-to-end project management for identified projects/ initiatives:
Develop hypotheses and undertake necessary analyses for testing the same leveraging analytical techniques
Conceptualize strategy and way forward in collaboration with commercial and support functions
Drive alignment with relevant stakeholders
Establish project management structure
Finalize roadmap (What, Who, When)
Ensure implementation through robust monitoring
Ensure regular reviews with middle management and senior management to share progress update and seek feedback/ inputs
Escalate and/or course-correct, as and when required, to ensure on-time delivery of key milestones
