Job Description:
We are looking for one PMO Analysts (Tools & Reporting) to join our Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). Based in India, you will support our central PMO team in Germany by maintaining and improving our project portfolio management processes, tools, and reporting.
You will play a key role in ensuring the quality of project data, making sure our project management systems creates the best environment for effective program and project management, as well as decision-making and delivering portfolio insights through reporting and dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:
ClickUp Administration & Support
- Maintain our single source of truth for projects in ClickUp
- Set up and onboard new projects into ClickUp according to PMO standards
- Monitor and improve data quality across the project portfolio
- Provide first-level support to project managers using ClickUp
- Manage user access and permissions in ClickUp, including account setup, role assignment, and periodic reviews to ensure compliance with PMO governance standards
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in ClickUp/Power BI to track project and portfolio performance
- Provide regular progress analysis and ad-hoc insights to the PMO and leadership
- Ensure alignment of reporting data with ClickUp and other PMO sources (e.g., data warehouse, Controlling)
Automation & Process Improvement
- Use ClickUp, Make.com (Integromat), Power Automate and other tools to automate workflows and reporting processes
- Identify opportunities to streamline project data management and reporting
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with the PMO in Germany and project managers worldwide
- Support the rollout of PMO processes, templates, and standards across the organization
Required Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
2-4 years of experience in project management support, PMO, data analysis, or similar roles
Working knowledge of:
- ClickUp (or similar project portfolio management tools)
- Make.com (Integromat), Power Automate or similar workflow automation platforms
- Power BI for building dashboards and reports (incl. DAX)
- Experience in APIs, database management, data governance
- Basic programming/scripting (e.g., SQL, Python, or JavaScript)
- Microsoft Office, especially advanced proficiency in Excel, Sharepoint
- Strong English communication skills (oral and written)
- Foundational knowledge of project management methodologies (preferably PRINCE2)
- Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive mindset

You will work in the HUMAN India Office located in Gurugram, Haryana, India (HUMAN Diagnostics India; 618, DLF Galleria Gurgaon Pin: 122009) with the option to work in home office as per local office policy.
