Description
We are seeking a skilled Plant Reliability Technician to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our plant equipment through regular maintenance and proactive troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of plant machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance metrics.
- Assist in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance or reliability role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting and analysis.
- Familiarity with maintenance management systems (CMMS) and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
