Plant HR Manager

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience candidate is required
For plant admin activities Hindi is mandatory
Hands on experience in the Plant HR and Admin activities are mandatory
Minimum a Post Graduate Degree is a must.MBA - HR is preferable.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are mandatory
Preferably a multi linguistic.
Should be sound in HRIS and thorough in ERP Software especially GreytHR

Roles:
* He has to undertake Plant's over all HR and Admin activities
* Must work closely with the Head of HR and Plant Head
* Take care of the end to end recruitment activities of plant
* Effectively organise and manage the workforce on various modes like fixed term, casual, Contract etc., based on the organisation's requirements
* Hands on experience in IR and disciplinary procedures
* Responsible for Plant's Training and Development activities
* Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline the process
* Take the lead related to HK activities, canteen, transport and overall Plant facility management
* Must ensure smooth travel desk and booking activities based on the requirements
* Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
* Manage dispute resolutions and handle the grievances of all stake holders effectively
* Manage schedules and deadlines
* Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new materials with attention to budgetary constraints
* Monitor costs and expenses to assist in HR budget preparation
* Must coordinate and ensure timely completion of employee's engagement activities
* Coordinate with all the departments and ensure timely completion of MIS reports
* Assist the Pay roll executive in the completion of smooth pay roll process by providing the required data on time and every time and must be independently in a position to run the pay roll of the plant and take care of the HR and Statutory compliances
* Act as a bridge between internal and external stake holders
* Oversee the performance appraisal process, including setting goals, conducting performance reviews and providing the required feedback to employees and superiors
* Ensure compliance with Occupational Heal and Safety regulations, implement safety programs and promote a culture of safety at the plant
* Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with company guidelines and local labour laws
* Maintain accurate HR records, employee data and reports related to Attendance, Leave, Salary and wages, LTO and other HR metrics.
* Promote employee engagement activities such as Team-building events, Employee Recognition programs and employee feedback mechanisms etc.,
