Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Plant Engineer role located in Ernakulam. The Plant Engineer will be responsible for overseeing plant engineering, plant maintenance, and plant operations. Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring optimal power generation, and maintaining the efficiency of production processes. The role involves collaborating with the engineering team and management to implement innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Plant Engineering, Plant Maintenance, and Plant Operations
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting technical issues
• Knowledge and experience in Power Generation
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field
• Prior experience in the packaging industry is a plus
