Role Summary
Plan and coordinate civil engineering activities for commercial building construction projects. Manage schedules, oversee design reviews, and ensure project delivery on time and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Create project schedules and coordinate with engineering teams
- Review civil engineering drawings and specifications
- Manage relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients
- Monitor project progress and resolve coordination issues
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Control project costs and timelines
Required Skills
- 10-12 years experience in commercial construction planning
- Civil engineering degree (B.E/B.Tech)
- Knowledge of project management software
- Understanding of commercial building systems
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Experience with design management and contractor coordination
