We're looking for a Placement Manager who can lead with energy, network like a pro, and make our students career-ready by building strong corporate relationships across industries.
What You'll Own
Industry Outreach and Employer Relations
- Identify and connect with hiring managers, CXOs, and HR heads across sectors
- Initiate partnerships with startups, corporates, and agencies for internships and final placements
- Maintain a growing pipeline of recruiters across Marketing, Finance, HR, BFSI, Real Estate, Consulting, and more
Student Success and Placement Readiness
- Mentor students on CVs, LinkedIn profiles, mock interviews, and corporate grooming
- Ensure each student is aligned with suitable job roles and industry expectations
- Track student goals, applications, and outcomes
Campus Hiring and Events
- Plan and execute placement drives, HR conclaves, recruiter panels, and pre-placement talks
- Create employer decks, placement reports, and performance dashboards
Relationship Management
- Maintain lasting relationships with corporate partners and alumni recruiters
- Be the go-to point for all employer communication
Who We're Looking For
- 35 years of experience in placements, corporate relations, or business development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident in cold outreach and follow-ups via LinkedIn, calls, and emails
- Highly organized with a performance mindset
- Comfortable managing databases, CRM tools, and student tracking sheets
