Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Physiotherapist located in Chennai. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing clients physical conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing physiotherapy sessions to alleviate pain and improve mobility. The role also includes educating clients on exercise routines, monitoring their progress, and collaborating with other wellness experts to ensure holistic care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients physical conditions, mobility, and fitness levels.
• Develop individualized weight loss programs for weight loss and wellness goals.
• Guide clients through safe and effective treatments that promote fat loss, muscle toning, and improved endurance.
• Monitor patient progress, document results, and modify treatment plans as required.
• Collaborate with dieticians, doctors, and wellness coaches to create holistic treatment plans
• Monitor clients progress, adjust programs as needed, and provide continuous motivation.
• Maintain accurate client records and progress reports.
• Ensure a safe, supportive, and professional clinic environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT).
• Minimum 1 3 years of clinical experience (experience in weight loss/fitness/wellness centres preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient counselling skills.
• Ability to create tailored programs that align with individual client goals.
• Freshers with a passion for fitness and rehabilitation may also be considered.
