Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Physiotherapist based in Mumbai at Apex Hospital in Mulund and Borivali . The Physiotherapist will assess and diagnose patient conditions, create and implement personalized treatment plans, and monitor patients progress through regular evaluations. They will provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation techniques to improve patient mobility, alleviate pain, and enhance quality of life. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals and patient education on therapeutic exercises and lifestyle modifications will be an integral part of this role.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of Physiotherapy practices, rehabilitation methods, and human anatomy and physiology
- Experience in diagnosing physical conditions and creating effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Proficiency in therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and evidence-based rehabilitation techniques
- Strong communication skills for patient education and collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Ability to work empathetically with patients of diverse backgrounds and conditions
- Relevant degree in Physiotherapy (BPT or MPT) from a recognized institution
- Professional registration with the relevant Physiotherapy council or governing body
- Prior experience in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred
