PHP with Shopify

*Build and deploy cutting-edge features for our PIM platform.
*Provide technical support and continual improvement of the platform.
*Demonstrate the ability to work closely within a cross-functional team and contribute fully baked, well-tested solutions across an array of services and applications.
*Express a passion for building production-ready software through craftsmanship and testing.
*Provide and respond to feedback in code reviews, retrospectives, and other day-to-day activities.
*Develop and maintain effective working relationships with business and tech team members Must Haves
*6+ years of professional experience in software design and development
*Experience in building large-scale web applications across a distributed system.
*Strong proficiency and demonstrated experience in PHP, including PHP 8
*Experience working in large-scale eCommerce solutions.
*Ability to create and maintain systems with a strong focus on tiered rules and roles-based access.
*Proficiency and knowledge of MVC frameworks (we use Symfony) and OOP software design patterns and best practices.
*Experience of modern front-end frameworks and technologies such as Remix, React, Javascript, HTML5, CSS3 and CSS frameworks like Blueprint.
*Proficiency in API design and development using SQL and NoSQL persistent data layers. Experience in GraphQL a plus
*Experience with agile development methodologies
*Team player with great written and verbal communication skills
*A strong positive attitude and desire to continually improve and learn.
