Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Sourcing & Identification
- Source active and passive candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), networking, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes to identify relevant experience, skillsets, and cultural fit for US-based roles.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
2. Candidate Screening & Assessment
- Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates technical skills, communication abilities, work authorization, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers or clients.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
3. Client Interaction & Requirement Analysis
- Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and expectations in detail.
- Collaborate with Account Managers or Delivery Leads to prioritize open positions.
- Share suitable profiles with clients and follow up for feedback.
4. Negotiation & Offer Management
- Negotiate pay rates, benefits, and employment terms with candidates (C2C, W2, or 1099).
- Coordinate onboarding and ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
5. Compliance & Documentation
- Verify work authorization (H1B, Green Card, US Citizen, OPT, etc.) and maintain all required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company and federal employment regulations.
