Job Description

1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Director, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.

2. Communication Management: Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communication, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

3. Document Handling: Assist in the preparation, editing, and formatting of Directors Treatments, Pitch Bibles, and other project-related documents.

4. Market Research: Stay updated with market trends, industry developments, and competitor analysis to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

5. Time Management : Efficiently manage the Directors calendar, prioritize tasks, and coordinate deadlines to ensure timely completion of projects.

6. Media Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of media platforms, emerging trends, and their implications for project development and promotion.

7. Computer Proficiency: Utilize various computer applications and software for document creation, data management, and social media engagement.

8. Social Media Management: Assist in maintaining the companys social media presence by creating engaging content, monitoring platforms, and engaging with the audience.

9. Travel Coordination: Manage travel arrangements for company executives, including booking flights, accommodations, and creating detailed itineraries.

10. Task Coordination: Collaborate with team members to facilitate project coordination, ensuring seamless workflow and timely deliverables.

  • bachelors degree in communication, Media Studies, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the media or entertainment industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with graphic design software is a plus.
  • Sound knowledge of social media platforms and their utilization for business purposes.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and work well under pressure.
