Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Specialist located in Jalandhar. The Training Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs, designing instructional materials, and conducting training sessions for employees. The role involves assessing training needs, enhancing customer service skills, and ensuring the effectiveness of training programs. Collaboration with various departments to support organizational development goals is also a key aspect of this role.
