The Job:

• Lead and develop a team of maintenance and call back technicians, train, assess, optimise the resources
• Perform the yellow belt technical assessment for the technicians and guide green and red belters to be prepared for their assessment
• Coordinate subcontractor works and audit their work quality standards
• Carry out feasibility study, health checks and standardization project
• Provide technical support for internal staff from Service, Project, Sales and Sales Engineering Department
