Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop performance test scripts using NeoLoad.
• Create realistic load scenarios to simulate user behavior and traffic.
• Execute performance| load| stress| and endurance tests.
• Monitor system performance metrics (CPU| memory| response time| throughput).
• Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with development| QA| and DevOps teams to resolve performance issues.
• Integrate NeoLoad with CICD pipelines (Jenkins| Azure DevOps| etc.).
• Prepare test reports and provide improvement recommendations.

Required Skills

Experience with NeoLoad.

Understanding of performance testing concepts and methodologies.

Familiarity with monitoring tools (Dynatrace| AppDynamics| etc.).
