Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance test strategies, plans, and test cases.
• Create and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner, JMeter, or similar tools.
• Conduct:
• Load Testing
• Stress Testing
• Spike Testing
• Endurance/Soak Testing
• Volume Testing
• Scalability Testing
• Analyze application performance bottlenecks and provide optimization recommendations.
• Monitor application, database, network, and infrastructure performance metrics.
• Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and business teams to resolve performance issues.
• Prepare performance testing reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Establish performance baselines and service-level benchmarks.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Support production performance monitoring and capacity planning initiatives.
