What you will be doing
- Provide a great and customer-friendly service attitude and show vital relationship skills
- Responsible for simulating thousands of users on our customers services and ensuring that their business-critical applications remain reliable and responsive even in worst-case scenarios.
- Analyse business and system requirements and develop performance engineering and monitoring strategies
- Design, execute, and maintain performance test scripts
- Identify performance bottlenecks
- Presentation of achievements and findings to management and technical teams
What you need for this position
- A positive mind, love for big data and problem analysis
- Great work ethic to learning, share & ability to stay focused when challenges arise
- Excellent communication skills B2 level in English
- Good understanding of software development and software architecture
- Ideally around 5 years of experience in software development (including hands-on programming)in Java or C#
- Be able to work independently and as a team player
- Hands-on experience in commonly used tools in performance, monitoring & security testing area would be an advantage
- Enjoy working with globally distributed project teams across Asia, Europe, Middle East & US/Canada regions to resolve problems and able to manage conflicts and priorities
- Strong sense of responsibility, resourceful & strong problem-solving skills
In Addition, the following points would be a big plus
- Experience in performance testing and security testing
- Experience as a software tester
