Job Role:

  • Improving the performance of the underperforming AM - BB and BBEs
  • Driving BSMs/ AM - BB and BBEs on lead campaigns for increasing business throughput
  • Training, Guiding and Supporting the AM - BB and BBEs /BSMs on Digital adoption, product and processes
  • Driving other initiatives advised by HO Channel performance management team

Job Requirements:

. Graduate - Above 5 years of experience

. Post Graduate - 4 years of experience

. Customer orientation

. High energy and drive

. Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
