Key Responsibilities:-
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution including strategy, budgeting, targeting, and scaling

- Manage end-to-end campaign execution including strategy, budgeting, targeting, and scaling.
- Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through performance marketing channels.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance.
- Work closely with the creative team for ad copies, creatives, and landing page requirements.
- Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Manage and optimize ad budgets effectively to achieve business goals.
- Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes in performance marketing.
Requirements:-
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1 year of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good communication skills
