Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving ROI-focused campaigns and be comfortable managing budgets, analyzing data, and scaling performance.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms.
- Optimize campaigns to meet ROI, CPL, and CPA targets.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams for ad copies, creatives, and landing pages.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates in digital advertising.
- Analyze funnel performance and recommend strategies to improve conversions.
- Manage ad budgets effectively to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 24 years of experience in performance marketing (agency experience preferred).
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads or other programmatic platforms is a plus.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
