As we continue expanding our D2C portfolio, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who understands that successful media buying goes far beyond campaign setup. We are looking for someone who can own client growth, think strategically, communicate confidently, collaborate with creative teams, and continuously optimize performance.

What you'll Do
You will own complete performance marketing execution for multiple Indian D2C brands from strategy through optimization.
Your responsibilities include:
- Build, launch, manage and continuously optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display and YouTube.
- Independently manage Meta Ads campaigns with a clear understanding of acquisition, retargeting, scaling and creative testing.
- Own end to end campaign planning, budgeting, execution and performance reporting.
- Develop full funnel acquisition strategies focused on revenue growth, ROAS, CAC, MER and customer lifetime value.
- Prepare growth roadmaps and media plans aligned with client business objectives.
- Lead client meetings with confidence while presenting campaign insights, business recommendations and growth opportunities.
- Work closely with Social Media Managers, Graphic Designers and Video Editors to create high converting creative strategies.
- Write compelling ad copies, headlines and creative briefs without depending entirely on AI generated content.
- Build structured testing frameworks for creatives, audiences, landing pages and bidding strategies.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities using data rather than assumptions.
- Build dashboards and reporting using Looker Studio, Google Analytics 4 and other performance analytics platforms.
- Leverage AI tools and automation workflows to improve campaign efficiency, reporting and optimization.
- Monitor industry trends, platform updates and competitor strategies to stay ahead of market changes.
- Ensure campaign quality, tracking accuracy and attribution are maintained across all accounts.
- Support junior team members whenever required while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
We're looking for someone:
- Has 4 to 5 years of dedicated Performance Marketing experience.
- Has worked primarily with Indian D2C, Consumer Brands, Retail, FMCG, Beauty, Fashion, Lifestyle, Food, Healthcare, Electronics or Ecommerce brands.
- Has spent the majority of their career inside a Performance Marketing Agency or Digital Marketing Agency.
- Has independently managed multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Can confidently communicate with founders, marketing managers and brand teams.
- Is equally comfortable discussing numbers, strategy and creative direction.
- Understands customer acquisition beyond platform level optimizations.
- Can think commercially and make decisions based on business outcomes.
- Enjoys collaborating with creative teams to improve campaign performance.
- Can take ownership without constant supervision.
- Is naturally curious, proactive and always experimenting with better ways to scale campaigns.

- Ability to independently identify growth opportunities without waiting for instructions.
Not a suitable fit:
- You come primarily from an SEO background and have only recently transitioned into Performance Marketing.
- You have less than 4 years of dedicated hands on Performance Marketing experience.
- Your experience is predominantly B2B lead generation.
- Your recent experience is primarily with SaaS or enterprise marketing.
- You have worked mainly in an in house marketing team without significant agency exposure.
- Your portfolio lacks meaningful experience with Indian D2C brands.
- You are uncomfortable speaking directly with clients.
- You prefer execution only and do not enjoy strategy, reporting or business discussions.
- You have limited experience with Google Ads.
- You rely entirely on AI tools without understanding campaign fundamentals.
