About the Role
ASAPP Info Global is seeking aPerformance Marketing Specialistwho combinesstrategic growth marketing acumenwithhands-on expertise in marketing automation and AI-driven campaign optimization.
This role is for someone who knows the ropes you've run full-funnel paid campaigns, integrated automation tools, and built dashboards that actually drive decisions. You'll be responsible for managing and scaling campaigns across ASAPP's suite of B2B brands, digital platforms, and flagship events.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns acrossGoogle Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets, targeting, and creative to achieveCPL, CAC, and ROASgoals.
- Design and managelead funnelsacross paid, organic, and remarketing channels.
2. Marketing Automation & CRM Integration
- Implement and manageend-to-end automation workflowsusingHubSpot, Zoho, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools.
- Buildtrigger-based nurturing journeys, lead scoring, and retargeting sequences.
- Ensure campaign data flows seamlessly betweenad platforms, CRM, and analytics dashboards.
3. AI-Driven Marketing & Optimization
- UseAI tools(e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, AdCreative.ai, Midjourney, Copy.ai) for copywriting, creatives, and ad testing.
- Build and testAI-assisted workflowsfor segmentation, predictive lead scoring, and conversion optimization.
- Continuously explore newAI-based ad and analytics toolsto improve efficiency and results.
4. Analytics, Attribution & Reporting
- Set up and maintain tracking usingGA4, GTM, Data Studio, and platform analytics.
- RunA/B tests, analyze audience cohorts, and optimize performance based on data, not assumptions.
- Prepare detailed weekly/monthly dashboards and actionable performance insights for leadership.
5. Cross-Team Collaboration
- Partner withsales, content, and product teamsto align marketing objectives with business outcomes.
- Support creative and communication teams with data-backed recommendations.
- Collaborate with the data intelligence team to connect project insights (via IMPACCT, CRM, etc.) into campaign strategies.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ yearsin performance marketing or growth marketing (preferably B2B, SaaS, or events).
- Proven experience withmarketing automation platforms(HubSpot, Zoho, Active Campaign, etc.).
- Strong hands-on experience withGoogle Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tracking.
- Familiarity withAI toolsfor content, creative, and performance optimization.
- Excellent understanding offunnels, attribution, retargeting, and CRM integration.
- Proficient indata visualization and reportingusing GA4 / Looker Studio / Sheets.
- Self-starter able to strategize, executes, and optimize independently.
Location:Sewri Mumbai (In -office)
Working days: Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
Good to Have
- Experience inB2B media, publishing, or infrastructure-related sectors.
- Familiarity withRAG pipelines,lead intelligence platforms, ormarketing APIs.
- Working knowledge ofSQL, Python, or advanced data workflows(a plus, not required).
