Reports To: Founder/Management

Role Overview

You'll own the full growth funnel for Prasuma & Meatigo for both Q-Commerce and D2C platforms, leading ads, analytics, and performance optimization. You'll drive measurable growth across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart Minutes while taking ownership of Meta, and Google Ad Channels blending data, creative strategy, and business thinking.

Key Responsibilities

1. Meta & Google Campaign Leadership

  • Lead App Growth Campaigns across Meta and Google (UAC, Search, Display, YouTube).
  • Plan and execute campaigns for App Installs, Reactivation, and Conversion optimization.
  • Collaborate with Product & Analytics teams to refine event tracking, user flows, and audience segmentation.
  • Drive experimentation across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.

2. Q-Commerce Growth

  • Lead campaign strategy across Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Flipkart Minutes including visibility buys, promotions, and growth experiments.
  • Own relationships with platform category & marketing teams to unlock growth and visibility opportunities.
  • Optimize platform ad spends and ensure high ROI with actionable insights.

3. Data & Growth Analysis

  • Deep-dive into offtake, supply, and inventory data across platforms to identify growth opportunities and gaps.
  • Build models and dashboards to track KPIs like sales growth, CAC, ROAS, retention, and supply efficiency.
  • Use data-driven insights to align category, supply, and marketing teams on weekly actions.

4. Reporting & Team Leadership

  • Create weekly/monthly performance reviews across Ads, Supply, and Sales KPIs.
  • Present insights and action plans to senior management.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts on data handling, campaign optimization, and reporting.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • 47 years in Performance Marketing, Growth Analytics, or E-Commerce Marketing, ideally in FMCG or D2C.
  • Proven experience managing Meta & Google Ads for Apps (App Installs, Re-engagement, and Conversions).
  • Exposure to Q-Commerce Ad Portals is a plus (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Flipkart Minutes).
  • Expertise in Excel/Google Sheets, strong command over data interpretation.
  • Experience with PostHog / Firebase / GA4 / Appsflyer or other attribution tools.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, category, and supply teams.
  • A strong bias for action and ownership; being a foodie who understands emerging trends is a plus!
