Role Description
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who thrives on data, creativity, and measurable impact. You'll be responsible for driving growth for D2C using performance channels to scale awareness, acquisition, and retention.
The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative someone who can run campaigns that convert and tell a story that resonates with the modern beauty consumer.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Build and own the D2C growth funnel from awareness and acquisition to conversion and retention.
- Manage ad budgets and ROAS targets, continuously improving CAC and conversion metrics.
- Collaborate with creative, brand, and content teams to ensure campaign alignment and compelling storytelling.
- Conduct A/B tests for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to drive performance uplift.
- Analyze and report campaign performance with actionable insights and improvement plans.
- Integrate CRM and remarketing automation to drive repeat engagement and customer LTV.
- Collaborate with tech and Shopify teams for funnel tracking, performance integrations, and custom landing pages.
- Explore and test new growth channels such as influencer-led performance, affiliate marketing, and programmatic buys.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing either at a digital-first brand or a growth-focused agency.
- Proven track record managing Meta, Google, YouTube, and other paid channels for D2C brands.
- Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, and analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, landing page tools (e.g., Unbounce, Webflow, or Shogun), and CRM systems (Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar) is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills with an analytical, data-driven mindset.
- Strong ownership, agility, and comfort working in a startup environment.
- Prior exposure to beauty, personal care, or lifestyle brands will be an advantage.
