About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager to lead digital growth for MaisonX, our fast-scaling D2C apparel brand. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end digital marketing activities across Meta, Google, and other platforms, focusing heavily on ROI, CAC reduction, and revenue growth.The ideal candidate is analytical, ROI-driven, and experienced in managing large performance budgets for consumer brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and programmatic platforms.
  • Execute structured A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and placements.
  • Develop and implement full-funnel acquisition strategies.
  • Performance Optimization
  • Track and improve CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and overall funnel performance.
  • Make real-time data-driven decisions to scale campaigns profitably.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad assets.
  • Full-Funnel Ownership
  • Build top-of-funnel, mid-funnel, and retargeting strategies.
  • Improve landing page performance and conversion rates.
  • Monitor customer journey to reduce drop-offs.
  • Data & Reporting
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with insights.
  • Use tools like GA4, Shopify Analytics, and attribution platforms.
  • Analyze user behavior and run cohort analysis with BI teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with design, product, CRM, brand, and SEO teams.
  • Ensure marketing efforts align with sales, retention, and brand goals.
  • Test new channels: influencers, affiliates, and marketplaces.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably in D2C brands.
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns with strong ROI efficiency.
  • Expertise in Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills & hands-on campaign execution experience.
  • Familiarity with GA4, attribution tools, landing page optimization & funnel metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
