Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Performance Marketing Manager, based in New Delhi with some flexibility for remote work. The Performance Marketing Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and management of paid digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Responsibilities include campaign optimization across multiple platforms, conducting performance analysis, managing budgets, and ensuring ROI goals are met. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with broader brand strategies and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Paid Media Platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Expertise in Performance Marketing Analytics, ROI Optimization, and A/B Testing
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies along with Digital Marketing Techniques
  • Strong skills in Data Analysis, Insights Generation, and Performance Reporting
  • Experience with Campaign Budgeting, Cost Management, and Marketing Funnel Analysis
  • Excellent understanding of consumer behaviors, market trends, and competitive analysis
  • 2-5 years of experience in FMCG industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads Certification) are a plus
