Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to develop, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital channels. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of current marketing tools, analytical ability, and a proven track record of driving measurable ROI, customer acquisition, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and other paid platforms.
  • Plan and manage budgets to ensure maximum ROI and efficient CAC (customer acquisition cost).
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.

2. Campaign Management

  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Social, App Install, Remarketing, etc.).
  • Continuously A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, bidding strategies, and targeting options.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to create high-performing ad creatives and copy.

3. Analytics & Optimization

  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and attribution tools.
  • Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CAC, and LTV to drive data-backed decisions.
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports and share insights with stakeholders.

4. Growth & Innovation

  • Identify new channels and growth opportunities (Affiliate, Influencer Marketing, Programmatic, etc.).
  • Stay updated with platform changes, digital trends, and best practices.
  • Implement automation tools for campaign efficiency and scaling.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a similar field.
  • 36 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Data Studio.
  • Experience in e-commerce, D2C, or startup environments is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with a strong understanding of audience behavior and storytelling in ads.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and project management skills.

Success Metrics / KPIs:

  • ROI / ROAS on campaigns
  • Reduced CAC and improved LTV
  • Conversion rate and lead quality
  • Budget efficiency and scaling performance
  • Growth in revenue, traffic, and brand visibility
