Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and outcome-driven Performance Marketing Manager who will own the overall paid growth charter with a strong focus on ROI, profitability, and scalable customer acquisition. This role goes beyond campaign execution and requires a deep understanding of business metrics, marketing efficiency, and long-term growth levers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the performance marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals including revenue, profitability, and market expansion
- Plan and allocate multi-channel budgets to maximize ROI, ROAS, and contribution margins, not just top-line growth
- Build scalable customer acquisition frameworks by identifying high-impact channels, audiences, and funnels
- Lead full-funnel optimization—from awareness to conversion to retention—with a strong focus on improving unit economics (CAC vs LTV)
- Analyze marketing performance and derive actionable insights to improve efficiency, incrementality, and attribution accuracy
- Drive experimentation roadmap across channels, creatives, landing pages, and audience cohorts to unlock growth opportunities
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and business teams to align marketing efforts with pricing, product positioning, and customer lifecycle strategies
- Evaluate and implement attribution models to better understand channel contribution and optimize spend allocation
- Identify new growth opportunities including emerging platforms, partnerships, and performance channels
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership to track performance against key business metrics

Requirements
- 5–9 years of experience in performance marketing / growth marketing with a strong strategic orientation
- Proven track record of driving ROI-led growth and managing large-scale marketing budgets
- Strong understanding of unit economics, attribution models, and marketing analytics
- Experience in scaling digital-first or D2C brands with a focus on profitability
- Ability to translate business objectives into marketing strategies and execution roadmaps
- Advanced analytical skills with hands-on experience in tools like Google Analytics, attribution platforms, and BI tools
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
