Role Description

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in scaling e-commerce and D2C brands through data-driven advertising strategies. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and programmatic ad networks, with a strong focus on maximizing ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and building full-funnel growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Should have lead strategy and execution for programmatic media buying, ensuring technology is leveraged effectively across DSPs and ad networks
• Minimum 5+ years of experience experience in performance marketing, with a focus on Amazon Ads and Meta campaigns
• Proven track record of driving growth for e-commerce and/or D2C Deep understanding of ROAS strategy and how it aligns with the broader marketing funnel
• Strong knowledge of programmatic advertising, DSPs, and ad tech platforms
• Should have a sporting habit (play football, cricket, tennis or any other sport once a week at least; running is good as well, pickleball does not qualify it isn't a sport)
• Engineer or Graduate from any field will be treated equally
