We are looking for 2-3 Performance Marketing Managers to own and scale paid acquisition across channels. You will drive growth through data-driven campaigns, optimise CAC, and build measurable, repeatable acquisition engines.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise performance campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, UAC, LinkedIn, and other paid channels.
- Own full-funnel user acquisition: from audience strategy to creative testing to landing page optimisation.
- Drive ROI/CAC efficiency with continuous A/B testing, bid optimisation, and funnel improvements.
- Build, analyse, and present campaign performance dashboards daily, weekly, monthly.
- Manage budgets, pacing, forecasting, and reporting with complete ownership.
Requirements
- 24 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and App Install campaigns (if applicable).
- Strong analytical skills with experience using GA4, MMPs (Appsflyer/Branch), Looker, Mixpanel, or similar.
- Proven track record in managing large budgets with strong CAC/CPA discipline.
