The Opportunity

Over 200 million Indians will face a sexual health issue at least once in their lifetime. Yet, there are very few organized players in this space. Most visibility today comes from small D2C brands or individual clinics, with no trusted pan-India chain leading the category.

This creates a huge white space where Allo Health has a clear first-mover advantage.

At the same time, advertising in sexual health faces significant platform scrutiny due to compliance and legal sensitivity, and a trust deficit from years of unverified practices.

This makes the role both challenging and rewarding, ideal for someone who understands both platform nuances and user psychology, and can design campaigns that deliver scale while maintaining efficiency and credibility.

About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (Google Ads) who can take ownership of strategy, execution, and optimization to drive measurable results.

The role will focus on identifying opportunities across sexual health and STI segments, and working with the team to implement campaigns end to end that deliver both scale and efficiency.

Someone who has worked in hybrid acquisition models - generating demand for both online and offline channels, will be a strong fit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for both online and in-clinic consultations.
  • Identify new growth opportunities in sexual health and related care categories.
  • Translate user intent and search behavior into effective keywords, copies, and landing page flows.
  • Build systems for keyword hygiene, negative keyword management, and ongoing optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, tech, and analytics teams to track and improve conversion quality.
  • Continuously test and experiment to find scalable, compliant, and cost-effective acquisition paths.
  • Monitor and report CPL, ROAS, and lead-to-consultation metrics with actionable insights.
What We're Looking For

  • 2 to 5 years of hands-on Google Ads experience.
  • Proven ability to improve ROAS or reduce CAC while scaling.
  • Deep understanding of user intent, ad performance, and conversion funnels.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort working in data-driven environments.
  • Prior experience in healthcare or other regulated categories would be a plus.
  • Strong communication, curiosity, and problem-solving orientation.
