At the same time, advertising in sexual health faces significant platform scrutiny due to compliance and legal sensitivity, and a trust deficit from years of unverified practices.
This makes the role both challenging and rewarding, ideal for someone who understands both platform nuances and user psychology, and can design campaigns that deliver scale while maintaining efficiency and credibility.
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (Google Ads) who can take ownership of strategy, execution, and optimization to drive measurable results.
The role will focus on identifying opportunities across sexual health and STI segments, and working with the team to implement campaigns end to end that deliver both scale and efficiency.
Someone who has worked in hybrid acquisition models - generating demand for both online and offline channels, will be a strong fit.
