Performance Marketing Manager

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop a comprehensive performance marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, target audience, and available resources.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan, set up, and execute marketing campaigns using various digital channels such as search engines, social media platforms, display networks, email marketing, and more.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, click-through rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and other relevant metrics.
  • Optimization and A/B Testing: Continuously optimize campaigns based on data analysis, conduct A/B tests, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance and drive better results.
  • Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocate funds to different channels, and optimize spending to achieve the best ROI.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as creative, content, and analytics teams, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement and analyze website or landing page optimization strategies to improve conversion rates and overall campaign performance.
  • Reporting and Presentation: Prepare performance reports, communicate campaign results to stakeholders, and provide insights and recommendations for future marketing strategies.
  • Developing and executing SEO strategies: Creating and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic to the website.
  • On-page optimization: Optimizing website content, Meta tags, and headings to ensure maximum visibility and relevance for search engines.
  • Technical SEO: Conducting website audits, identifying and resolving technical issues that may affect search engine rankings, such as crawlability, site speed, and mobile optimization.
  • Content optimization: Collaborating with content creators to optimize website content, blog posts, and landing pages to align with SEO best practices and targeted keywords.
  • Link building: Developing and executing a link building strategy to improve domain authority and acquire high-quality backlinks from reputable websites.
  • Performance tracking and analysis: Monitoring SEO performance using analytics tools and providing regular reports on key metrics, such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends: Keeping up with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure the website remains competitive and optimized.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborating with other teams, such as content, design, and development, to align SEO efforts with overall marketing objectives and improve website performance.

Requirement :

5 To 8 years equivalent experience

1. Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is often preferred. Relevant certifications or additional education in digital marketing can also be beneficial.

2. Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong knowledge and understanding of various digital marketing channels such as search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media advertising, display advertising, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and mobile marketing.

3. Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions is crucial. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and other marketing analytics platforms is important for tracking and measuring campaign performance.

4. Creativity: The ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns that align with business objectives and target audience is essential.

5. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.

7. Attention to Detail: Precise attention to detail to ensure accuracy in campaign tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.

8. Stay updated: A performance marketing manager needs to stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to continually optimize campaigns and drive results.
