What's the role

As a Performance Marketing Intern, you'll help plan, analyze, and optimize digital ad campaigns. From ideating creatives to tracking performance and researching trends, you'll support the team in turning insights into impactful marketing strategies.

What will be your responsibilities

• Ideating strategies for creative and copies that will be used in performance marketing campaigns for projects that span experiential, video content, social, and more.
• Monitor & Analysing the creative performance and coming up with insights and actionable that will be data driven.
• Participating in brainstorms with the Performance marketing team on the content and creatives that can be used.
• Examining market and industry reports and identifying important trends that can be used.
• Conduct in-depth research on relevant keywords and target audiences.
• Analyze competitor campaigns and identify key trends and strategies.
• Collect and analyze data to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Create presentations and reports summarizing campaign results and insights.
• Assist with other tasks assigned by the senior ads team members.
• Writing ad Scripts and should also be able to coordinate with creatives shooting team for better output and ensure the team meets deadlines.
  
  

• Completed graduation in any field.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong creative writing skills to whip up a quippy pitch, an inspiring introduction, or a social-first idea.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, especially performance marketing.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Keen ability to meet hard deadlines and keep track of multiple projects
• Good presentation skills.
