Performance Marketing Intern
We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Intern to join our team. If you're excited by data, digital platforms, and the power of a well-placed ad, this role is for you. You'll work closely with the core team to ideate, plan, and execute campaigns across platforms including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
Responsibilities:- Assist in the end-to-end execution of performance campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and Reddit
- Support brainstorming and strategy development for paid campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and flag key insights
- Help with audience research, keyword planning, and ad copy suggestions
- Coordinate with the creative team for timely asset delivery
- Manage and organise campaign data and reports
- Stay updated on platform trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements:- Strong interest in digital and performance marketing
- Basic understanding of paid media platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)
- Comfortable working with data and reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Excel)
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take initiative
- Prior internship or coursework in marketing is a plus
