Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Performance Marketing and Growth Manager to lead our digital acquisition efforts and accelerate user growth on DTC Channel. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, focusing on paid media On Meta and Google+ New emerging channels, conversion optimization, and data-driven experimentation to scale our DTC business.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute DTC channel performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. To fully own P&L driving sustained growth with profitability.

Own Budgeting, execution, and optimization across paid search, social, display, and affiliate channels

Analyse performance, identify drop-off points, and implement CRO tactics to improve conversion rates

Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to run growth experiments

Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and emerging growth tactics

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in scaling a brand on META & Google

Performance marketing, growth hacking, or digital acquisition role

Analyse marketplace data, sales trends, and competitive pricing to inform strategic

decisions and improve sales performance.

Strong grasp of metrics, attribution models, and customer segmentation

Proficient in marketplace selling platforms

Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.

Excellent analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making

Analyse marketplace data, sales trends, and competitive pricing to inform strategic decisions and improve sales performance.

Continuously monitor reviews and address any customer service issues that arise on the marketplace platforms, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Monitor marketplace policies and regulations to ensure compliance.

Creative mindset with a bias for rapid experimentation and iteration

Experience in DTC growth environments
