Job Description

LOCATION: GURGAON

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop campaign creatives, ad copies, videos, and landing pages.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and ad platform dashboards.
  • Run and optimize search (SEM), display, and retargeting campaigns across relevant platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting improvements.
  • Execute SEO activities (on-page & off-page) to improve organic visibility and ranking.
  • Coordinate with developers to manage website updates, landing pages, and tracking implementations.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and ad tech.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing/digital advertising
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing KPIs (CPL, CTR, ROAS, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console
  • Strong analytical, communication, and copywriting skills

Preferred (Good to Have)

  • Experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Aehrf, or similar)
  • Familiarity with landing page builders (wordpress, Webflow, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CMS (WordPress), or tag implementation
