LOCATION: GURGAON
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop campaign creatives, ad copies, videos, and landing pages.
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and ad platform dashboards.
- Run and optimize search (SEM), display, and retargeting campaigns across relevant platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting improvements.
- Execute SEO activities (on-page & off-page) to improve organic visibility and ranking.
- Coordinate with developers to manage website updates, landing pages, and tracking implementations.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and ad tech.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing/digital advertising
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing KPIs (CPL, CTR, ROAS, etc.)
- Knowledge of SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console
- Strong analytical, communication, and copywriting skills
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Aehrf, or similar)
- Familiarity with landing page builders (wordpress, Webflow, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CMS (WordPress), or tag implementation
