Performance Marketing Associate

About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Expert to join our growth team. If you have hands-on experience in managing Meta (Facebook) Ads and creative strategy, a strong understanding of data-driven optimization, and love collaborating with design teams to make ads perform better this role is for you.

The Charter for this Role Will Include:

• Creating, managing, and optimising Meta Ads campaigns (App install, lead generation, conversions).
• Collaborating with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad copies, video scripts, and visual concepts.
• Monitoring campaign performance, analysing metrics, and optimising to improve ROI and reduce CAC.
• Running A/B tests for creatives, hooks, and landing pages to identify what works.
• Using data analytics and reporting tools to track performance metrics, identify insights, and drive optimisation decisions.
• Staying updated with Meta algorithm changes, ad trends, and new creative formats.

Ideal Persona Would:

• Hold a bachelor's/master's degree in any field from a reputed university.
• Bring 23 years of hands-on experience managing Meta/Facebook Ads for B2C brands, ideally with budgets above 50 Lakhs/month.
• Be skilled in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Have experience working with creative teams - writing scripts, defining hooks, and aligning messaging with campaign goals.
• Be data-driven with a strong sense of creative intuition and problem-solving.
• Leverage AI tools (like ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Midjourney) to improve ad ideas, research, and visual direction.
• Understand the basics of SEO, conversion funnels, and landing page optimization.
