About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Promotions & Performance Marketer to plan and run paid campaigns, and lead-generation initiatives for our Hyderabad market. You'll own day-to-day execution — from ad creation to daily campaign management to reporting — working closely with the design and sales teams to convert digital interest into booked consultations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and run promotional ad campaigns across Meta (Instagram/Facebook), Google Ads, and YouTube, video-based ad formats
- Manage a daily/weekly content and ad calendar with themed campaigns (awareness, offers, testimonials, education, urgency) to drive consistent lead flow
- Coordinate production of testimonial and project videos (briefing, shoot support, editing coordination, captioning)
- Track lead volume, cost-per-lead, and conversion rates across channels; report weekly/monthly performance to stakeholders
- A/B test ad creatives, offers, and targeting to continuously improve ROI
- Coordinate with designers/photographers for creative assets (before/after shots, video content)
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a related role (agency or in-house)
- Hands-on experience running Meta Ads and/or Google Ads campaigns with a track record of lead generation
- Comfortable with content planning and basic copywriting (ad copy, captions, blog outlines)
- Experience coordinating video content (testimonials, product/project videos) is a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools for ad creative (AI avatars, image/video generation) is a strong plus
- Data-driven mindset — comfortable reading campaign dashboards and translating numbers into decisions
- Good communication skills to coordinate with design, sales, and external vendors (video editors, agencies)
