Must: Hands on experience & knowledge of ECS, Data Modelling, UI rules, Validation, Declarative and Decision, Correspondence rules, PRPC flows, interpretation of flow shapes.
Good to have: Working Experience in PEGA scrum (Agile) and smart BPM experience .
Must: Experience on Design Review, Code Review using PRPC best practices and PEGA Guardrails.
Must: Experience on estimations for enhancements/projects, team handling
Must: Experience on Performance tools (PAL, AES, PLA) and Deployment Process using PEGA Tools .
Must: Hands on experience in design and implementation of various background processing configurations
Must: Hands on experience in design and implementation of role based security features for Pega applications.
Must: Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Must: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
