Role Summary
We are seeking a Platform Support Engineer to serve as the technical authority for our enterprise Pega and UiPath ecosystems Unlike a traditional developer role this position focuses on the plumbing of the automation platforms ensuring high availability server level sability and seamless CI CD integration across a Windows based infrastructure
Key Responsibilities
Pega Platform Engineering Primary
Performance Tuning Maintain high availability of Pega PRPC environments This includes JVM heap tuning, Garbage Collection GC analysis and managing node classification Stream BackgroundProcessing and WebUser).
PRPC Governance Manage rule set versions skimming and bulk processing tools to ensure system integrity.
Health Monitoring Use Pega PDC Predictive Diagnostic Cloud to proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
UiPath RPA Infrastructure Secondary
Orchestrator Management Oversee multi tenant Orchestrator setups including folder management robot licensing, and integration with credential stores eg CyberArk
Agent Robot Configuration Manage UiPath Robot Agents Assistant in both attended and unattended environments.
Server Management Configure and harden Windows Server 2019 2022 environments hosting Pega/UiPath.
IIS Administration Manage Internet Information Services IIS for Orchestrator including SSL TLS certificate management, App Pool optimization and header security
Pipeline Design Design and maintain automated deployment pipelines using Jenkins in conjunction with Pega Deployment
Automation Use Orchestrator APIs and PowerShell to automate robot provisioning and code migrations across Dev, QA, and Production environments
Mandatory Requirements
Certification PEGA CSSA Certified Senior System Architect is mandatory LSA Lead System Architect) is highly preferred.
Scripting Proficiency in PowerShell for Windows automation and infrastructure tasks
Preferred Requirements
UiPath Certification UiPath Automation Ops Professional or Advanced Developer
Scalability Mindset Ability to assess infrastructure limits and plan for horizontal vertical scaling of the automation footprint.
Incident Leadership Proven ability to lead Root Cause Analysis RCA for platform wide outages
